You can send approved letters by email directly from the dashboard. This is useful for sending to GPs, patients, or other recipients.

Open send email

From the clinically approved section, open a letter and use the option to send by email. Enter the recipient address and add a message if needed.

The send email option appears on the approved letter in the clinically approved section.

What gets sent

The letter is attached or included in the email in the format you choose (for example PDF). The recipient receives the letter and any note you added.

Add the recipient and any note, then send. The letter is attached or included (e.g. as PDF).
