Mark as complete

Use Mark as complete when you have reviewed the letter, made any needed edits, and are ready to treat it as done. This keeps your dashboard and workflow status up to date.

Look for Mark as complete on the letter or record view, often after clinical approval.

After marking complete

The record or letter moves to the completed state. You can still open it to view or export, but it will no longer appear in your in-progress list.

Completed items appear in a separate list or section.
